1. Eligibility

• The program is open to all registered users of Hope Circle.
• Users must provide accurate personal details for verification.
• Each person is allowed only one account. Duplicate or fake accounts may result in suspension.

2. Referral Benefits

• You will earn the set benefits for each direct referral (e.g., Rs. 100 direct benefit).
• Indirect referrals (downline members) earn smaller benefits (level wise e.g at level3 Rs. 50 , level4 Rs 25 , level5 12.5 and so on indirect benefit).
• Benefits are credited only after the referred member successfully activates their account or makes a deposit.

3. Wallet & Withdrawals

• All benefits are stored in your Hope Wallet.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum balance requirements and withdrawal policies (e.g., once per day).
• Processing time for withdrawals may vary depending on verification and payment method.

4. User Responsibilities

• Members must not misuse or spam referral links on prohibited platforms.
• Fraudulent activities (fake deposits, multiple IDs, or false referrals) will result in termination.
• Members must respect community guidelines and comply with local laws.

5. Program Modifications

• Hope Circle reserves the right to update benefits rates, withdrawal limits, or program rules at any time.
• Users will be notified of major changes via email or system notifications.

6. Disclaimer

• This program is intended for fair referral growth and community building.
• Hope Circle is not responsible for any losses caused by misuse of referral benefits or third-party services.
